Yes, we offer every single service from our 12,000 sq. ft unit in Leicester and do not outsource anything to ensure quality control is carried out through the processing of your entire order.

We are proud to announce that we do not have a minimum order quantity on DTG/DTF/Embroidery/Transfer orders. The minimum order quantity on screen printing starts from 20 pieces however prices will reflect lower quantities.

Looking for the best results - Vector (AI/PDF) or PNG format is best. We can also work with PSD files. Artwork should be scaled to the required print size and should be at least 300 DPI. Please note the high-quality artwork files will result in the best outcomes. If you are not sure what the specifications are for your design, please get in touch.

For DTG we can print as large as W40cm x L45cm. For embroidery a maximum size of W36cm x L20cm. For Screen Print a maximum size of W35cm x L45cm. DTF’s and Vinyl transfers can be as large as required.

Yes, we accept garments supplied by our customers however there are certain consequences to be aware of. Please go to our Supply Your Stock page located in the footer to read more about this. With that in mind, we are offer a huge collection of garments and accessories at very competitive prices, so we are more than happy to supply garments for you if needed.

Of course you can, here at Printfection we understand some clients would prefer to come in and have a face to face appointment to run through an order. All we ask for is an advance notice to allow us to be prepared.

Sure, we provide mock ups on every single job to make sure you are happy with what will be produced in terms of size and placement of the artwork as per the order.

Orders are usually shipped out on NEXT DAY via our trusted courier providers such as DPD or ParcelForce where you will also be provided with a tracking number to keep an eye on your order.

ALL orders unless agreed before hand are to be fully paid upfront via all commonly accepted payment methods such as PayPal, Bank Transfer or even card payments as well. Unfortunately, we do not offer credit to ANY of our customers.
