Supply Your Stock

We understand that sometimes you may want your own stock to be printed or personalised, and we here at Printfection, are more than happy to work with them. We do advise there are certain risks involved in doing so, which is why we like to highlight these risks from the off set to avoid any mishaps.

Printfection takes added care to ensure our decoration services are carried out with the greatestlevel of quality. Nevertheless, there are times when unanticipatederrors can cause damage to the garment and/or other related products supplied.

We firmly advise all clients wanting to supply their own products to supplya minimum of one sacrificial item that we can use to test prior to producing the final piece(s) or in case of any damaged items.

Nonetheless, in all cases where a client has supplied their own garments, we will not be held accountable for any cost of the item(s) supplied in case of faulty garments and/or damage initiated through the natural decoration process. To partly alleviate faulty garments issues, it is advisable to provide additional garments so that the process isn’t prolonged.

When delivering your own stock, you will be asked to sign a form outlining and agreeing to accepting the potential the above risks being encountered to avoid any misunderstandings. Please you’re your statutory rights are not affected. For more information contact us.
